Candice focuses her practice on the administration of trusts and estates, probate and guardianship proceedings, and estate litigation. Candice also assists executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with legal issues that might arise during probate. While at Reiter Law Firm, Candice has been involved in a variety of civil cases ranging from simple to complex real property disputes.
Candice is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a graduate of Binghamton University and Pace Law School.
During law school, Candice did her internships and externships at the Rockland County Legal Aide Society, where she advocated for tenants in rent stabilized housing with serious public housing issues.
Candice was raised in Rockland County, New York and still resides there with her husband, David, and their dog, Wally.
