Arnold E. Reiter has been a practicing attorney since 1983. He is duly admitted to practice law in the states of New York, New Jersey, Arizona and the District of Columbia. His practice areas focus first on Estate Planning and Administration, Asset Protection, Commercial Transactions, Commercial and Construction Litigation, Debtor/Creditor Settlements and Real Estate Transactions.
Mr. Reiter is proud to have created and completed upwards of 4,000-5,0000 estate plans in his career. He has been featured in articles in The Star Ledger and Building Services Contractor Magazine, and has appeared on The Today Show.
Born in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Reiter graduated from Rutgers University (B.A., 1969); University of Pennsylvania (M.A. and M.C.P. 1971) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 1982). Mr. Reiter is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, Rockland County (New York) Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Arizona Bar Association.
Active in community affairs, Mr. Reiter is past President and Chairman of the Board of the International Wine and Food Society of New York and a Fellow of the Culinary Institute of America. He currently serves on the Board of the international Wine and food Society Foundation. He is past President and a Lifetime Trustee of the Barnert Temple in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
He is married to Sherie Reiter and they have two grown children, Devin and Dara. Devin is married to Jocelyn and they have a son, Micah. Dara is married to Garrett and they have a son, Noah.
