Arnold E. Reiter

Arnold E. Reiter has been a practicing attorney since 1983. His practice areas include Estate Planning and Administration, Bankruptcy, Commercial Transactions, Commercial and Construction Litigation, and Debtor/Creditor Settlements. Mr. Reiter is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, and Arizona.

He has been featured in articles in The Star Ledger and Building Services Contractor Magazine, and has also appeared on The Today Show.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Reiter graduated from Rutgers University (B.A., 1969); University of Pennsylvania (M.A. and M.C.P. 1971) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D., 1982).

Mr. Reiter is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, Rockland County (New York) Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Arizona Bar Association.

Mr. Reiter is active in community affairs. He is an officer with the Wine and Food Society of New York and a Fellow of the Culinary Institute of America. He is past President and a Lifetime Trustee of the Barnert Temple in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He is married to Sherie Reiter and they have two grown children, Devin J. and Dara L.
